For every Kyron Asset, our AI will identify essential key terms that are related to the topic and create their definitions. About 10-20 key terms will be automatically identified. If you happen to edit and republish your asset, the key terms will automatically be updated to account for the changes you made.
There are two ways to view your asset’s key terms: in Settings and in the transcript.
Settings
If you are the creator of an asset, you can view the key terms by clicking Settings > Key Terms.
From here, you can:
Delete terms
Add new terms
Edit the AI-generated definitions
Edits to definitions will automatically be saved when you click out of the text box.
All terms that you see here will show up in your asset. If there is a term you do not want to have show up, be sure to delete it.
In the Transcript
After you publish your asset, learners can access the key terms in the transcript. The terms will be underlined with a dotted line. Learners can hover over the underlined terms and a definition will appear to support their learning of the content in the module.
