A learner’s Lesson Recap appears on the Overview page, which can be revisited anytime by selecting Overview in the Table of Contents.
When you first open a lesson, you will see your status as In Progress, with 0% of the asset completed.
To start the lesson, click “Get Started.”
If you leave a lesson partway through, your progress will be saved. When you return to the lesson, you will start where you left off. If you navigate to the Overview page, you’ll see the percentage you’ve already completed.
If you have any Concepts to Revisit from the conversation activities you have completed so far, those will also be listed on the Overview page.
Note: The concepts to revisit shown here may differ from those that appear after you complete the full lesson. Our AI analyzes your transcript after each conversation, and updates the list accordingly.
To continue the lesson, use the Table of Contents to navigate to the activity you left off on. This will be indicated by a dot.
