Multiple Choice is an activity in which learners are presented with four answer options and must select the one they believe is correct. Learners receive feedback on incorrect responses and are given the opportunity to try again.
Adding Multiple Choice To Your Lesson
1. Click the three vertical dots next to the section, then click “Add activity.”
2. From the dropdown menu in the pop-up, select "Multiple Choice.”
Note: The default is to generate the activity content. If you would like to input your own content, make sure you uncheck the box.
3. Click “Add Activity.”
4. Once the activity has been generated, it will appear as the last activity in the section.
To reposition the activity, hover over it, then click and hold the six vertical dots. You can then drag the activity to your desired location.

Editing the Video
To edit the text in the video, follow these steps.
1. Click the text icon in the upper right corner above the video screen.
2. Make the desired edits to the text. Then click Save.
3. A new video preview will begin loading. Once this process is complete, you will see your edits in the preview.
If you’d like to add an image to support the question being asked, follow these steps:
1. Click the icon to change the scene layout.
2. Select a layout option that includes an image.
3. Scroll down and click Save.
4. Click the icon to upload an image.
5. You have two options for uploading an image:
Click Generate and our AI will generate an image that matches what the question is asking.
Upload an image from your existing files. Make sure your images follows these specifications:
File type is png, jpg, or jpeg.
File size is no larger than 250 MB.
Image dimensions are 1920 x 1080 pixels.
You can check or uncheck the Ken Burns effect box depending on whether you’d like your image to slowly zoom in during the video.
Edit the Narration Text
Edits made to the narration text will only affect what the AI avatar says in the video.
Edits made to the video text will not automatically update the narration text.
If you want the avatar to read your updated video text verbatim, be sure to make the same edits to the narration text.
Edit the Question
Edits made in the question text box affect what is shown to the learner during a chat interaction.
Edits made to the video or narration text will not be reflected in the question.
If you want the question to match your updated video or narration text, be sure to make the same edits in the question field.
If you’d like to edit the question, you can make your own changes or select a different question generated by our AI. To do so, follow these steps.
1. Click the left/right arrows.
2. Browse the questions generated by our AI. Make your selection, then click Replace Question in the bottom right corner.
Additionally, you can enter custom instructions in the text box and generate more questions that are more aligned with your goal.
The default is for our AI to regenerate the Correct Answer field to match the new question. If you do not want the answer field to be updated, be sure to uncheck the box.
Edit the Response Options
In each Multiple Choice activity, there will be four answer options. The components of each option are editable.
Add images
To add an image to the response video, follow the same steps found in the Editing the Video section of this article.
Edit with Smart Regenerate
With Smart Regenerate, our AI will update each option and its corresponding justification. Simply click the Smart Regenerate icon, review the updated options, and click Insert Text when you’re ready.
If you’d like to see more options, you can click the regenerate icon in the upper right corner.
Note: If you choose to regenerate new options, you will not be able to return to previous options.
Edit manually
You can also manually edit each component of the multiple choice responses.
To change which option is correct or incorrect, simply toggle the bar. Option 1 is always the default correct answer.
To edit the text of the response option, make your desired changes in the text box. Your edits will auto-save when you click outside the box.
To edit the justification, click Modify Response.
Scroll down, then make your desired edits in the scene editor.
To edit the text in the video, click the Text icon and make your desired changes. Click Save when you’re ready.
To edit what the avatar says aloud when the response is chosen, edit the text box below the video box.
