Our Help Center has many helpful articles to support you in the course creation process. There are articles that walk through the process of establishing an LTI connection between Kyron Learning and your institution’s LMS, as well as assignment/gradebook related resources.
Contacting Kyron’s Support Team

Kyron’s support team is here to help! You are able to chat with a member of the support team between the hours of 6 AM PT - 5 PM PT, Monday through Friday. If messages are sent outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
1. Click the chat icon in the lower right hand corner.
2. Click the “Messages” icon.
3. Click “Send us a message.”

A few notes on messaging our Support Team
When sending a message to our support team, please provide as much information as possible. This includes:
The name of your Kyron Studio organization, which is found in the upper right corner.
The name of the asset and activity (if applicable) you are experiencing an issue with.
A screenshot of your entire browser window (including the URL).
If you are getting an error message, a screenshot of the entire error message is extremely helpful in helping us troubleshoot your issue.
If possible, a screen recording would be very helpful, as it allows us to see your steps and attempt to reproduce the issue on our end.
