1. Navigate to www.canva.com and choose Presentation to open up a blank slide.

2. If you want to start from a template, try searching for one in the “Design” tab and adding any slides that you like to your deck.

3. To add new graphics, photos, and shapes, click “Elements.”

4. If you cannot find an image or graphic you like, you can create your own by clicking “Apps” > “Magic Media.”

5. From the editor, you can also customize the layout, text, and colors of any slides.

  • If you’d like to match your text to what Kyron Studio generates, we use the following fonts:

    • Montserrat - for headers and labels

    • Open Sans - for body text

6. Once you are happy with your slides and are ready to export, click “Share” > “Download.” Choose png or jpg as the file type

*Note: Be sure to only select the pages you want to export.

7. Back in your Studio library, click the name of the course you wish to edit.

8. Click the segment you wish to edit. There are two options for using an image:

  • By clicking “Use an image,” your image will be uploaded and the AI Avatar will appear on the screen.

  • By clicking “Use an image (no avatar),” your image will appear on the screen with no AI Avatar.

    • If you’d like your image to take up the entire screen, your image needs to have an aspect ratio of 1920 x 1080 pixels. When downloading your image, make sure the size shows “1,920 x 1,080 px”

    • If you do not make this adjustment to your slides presentation, the image will not take up the entire screen.

Note: The video with your image will not automatically generate. If you’d like to preview what your image looks like, you will need to click “Generate Video.”

9. Click “Preview” to see what your personalized slide looks like in the lesson before publishing it. Make sure you have generated the videos for each segment beforehand. Otherwise, you will see a notification that the video is missing.

10. Once you are done editing your lesson, click “Export Course” in the upper right corner to share your course.

  • Read this article for more information on publishing and sharing your course.
