When you are in the Studio editor, you have the ability to change certain settings in your lesson. To access these options, click “Settings” in the upper right hand corner.

Video Background Slide
If you would like to add your image with your institution’s logo and/or colors, you can upload an image of that here. This image will appear for all generated avatar slides. Be sure to follow the specifications regarding file type and resolution when uploading your image.
HELPFUL TIP!: If you’d like to upload your institution’s branding, do this BEFORE generating the videos in your course as you’ll be able to generate all the videos at one time from the “Export Course” section.
If you upload your branding after you have already generated your videos, you will need to generate them again. However, this time, you will need to individually regenerate the videos. The bulk generation option will not be available.
Avatar
You are able to change the avatar that appears in your course. Currently, there are six avatars to choose from! Each avatar is available in two different outfit options.
When you change your avatar, you will receive a notice that your selection will permanently delete any videos created with your current avatar. This means you will need to regenerate all of the videos after the avatar has been updated.
