When you are in the Studio editor, you have the ability to change certain settings in your asset. To access these options, click “Settings” in the upper right hand corner.
General settings
This is where you can edit the asset title, description, and upload a cover image for your asset course.
If you wish to replace the cover image, make sure you are uploading a png or jpeg file. PDFs are not accepted at this time.
You can also delete your asset on this page.
If you make any changes on this page, be sure to click Update on the bottom right hand corner to save your changes.
Lesson Info
Under Lesson Info, you will be able to view all of the details of your asset, including:
The audience entered by the creator during the initial lesson creation process.
The learning objective(s) for the lesson.
The uploaded content that was used (if applicable).
Key Terms
When your asset is created, our AI will generate a list of essential key terms that are related to the topic and create their definitions. About 10-20 key terms will be automatically identified.
From here, you can:
Delete terms
Add new terms
Edit the AI-generated definitions
Edits to definitions will automatically be saved when you click out of the text box.
These key terms can be viewed by learners in the transcript. They will be underlined with a dotted line. Learners can hover over the underlined terms and a definition will appear to support their learning of the content in the module.
Preferences
Under Preferences, you will be able to customize your lesson further.
Note: Any default settings set at the organization level can be overridden here.
Conversation Voice
You can turn the AI tutor’s voice during conversation activities on or off for all learners here.
If turned on, you can select the voice you’d like learners to hear.
Note: This voice is different from the AI Avatar’s voice.
The avatar’s voice cannot be changed.
If turned off, the option to select a voice will be grayed out.
You can also change the AI tutor’s voice. Please note that this only changes the AI tutor’s voice during a conversation, not the AI avatar’s voice.
Click the dropdown and select a new voice
Video Background
You can upload a custom background here, to be used in all slides containing text.
Be sure the file type is png, jpg, or jpeg.
The resolution must be 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Text Color
You can change the text color to be either black or white, depending on what fits your video background best.
Display Avatar
Here, you can select whether you’d like the AI avatar to appear in the generated videos.
This option can still be changed at the individual scene level.
Video Avatar
Select the avatar you wish to appear in the generated video.
If you have turned the display avatar off, you can still select which video avatar’s voice you’d like to narrate the video.
