When you are ready to deploy your course, there are three things you need to do:
Generate all the videos.
Publish.
Export and share your course.
Generate videos
To generate the videos in your asset, follow the steps in this article.
Publish Your Asset
Once all your videos have been generated, it is time to publish your asset. Click Export > Export.
Note: You will not need this step if you clicked Generate videos and publish in the video generation process.
Editing and Republishing
If you make a change to an activity after already generating the videos in your lesson, you will need to re-generate the video(s) and republish your lesson.
You can do so in one of three ways:
Method 1: Go to Export > Generate all missing videos.
If you do not want to publish any of the new changes you made, click “Generate all missing videos” in orange.
Once your video(s) have been generated, click “Publish” so your changes are live.
Method 2: Generate videos and publish
If you’d like to generate your updated videos and publish at the same time, click “Generate videos and publish” in purple.
Method 3: Assemble the final video
Click “Assemble final video to generate the video for any activities you made edits to.
Once the video is done generating, go to Export > Publish to ensure any changes are reflected in your live course.
A few notes on republishing
When you republish a lesson, Kyron will automatically push the changes published to every lesson that is started from the beginning.
Changes made will not affect any lessons that are currently in progress.
This means that if a learner has already begun a lesson before changes were made, they would still be on the previously published version of the lesson.
Manage Asset Deployment
After publishing your asset, you will be able to export and deploy it to learners. We recommend deploying your assets via LTI 1.3.
