A few notes on copying a Kyron Asset
- When you copy an asset, the asset’s key terms and misconceptions will also be copied (if they existed in the original course).
- Learner data does not transfer.
- If you translated the original asset into Spanish, the translation does not transfer. You will need to re-select Spanish in the copied asset.
- When an asset is copied, it does not get automatically published. You will need to go through the publishing process once more. - Read this article for more information on publishing your course.

- If you are a member of multiple organizations in Kyron Studio, you have the ability to copy an asset into a different org. - To do so, follow the same steps. However, in the popup that appears, be sure to select the correct org in the “Copy to” section.
- Read this article to learn how to add members into your organization.
