If you would like to edit your asset by adding personalization, one option is to upload your own image (png, jpeg, or jpg). You can do this by creating a presentation in Google Slides.
Note: If you are creating your images and would like the text to match what Kyron Studio generates, we use the following fonts:
Montserrat - for headers and labels
Open Sans - for body text
Create an image with Google Slides
1. Navigate to Google Slides.
2. Click the option for a “Blank presentation.”
3. Make sure your presentation is set to 1920 x 1080 pixels so that it loads correctly in your Kyron asset.
Go to File > Page Setup > Custom > Set to 1920 x 1080 pixels > Apply.
4. If desired, you can change the theme of your slideshow presentation by clicking on “Theme” and choosing from the options that appear on the right.
5. If desired, you can change the layout of the text on the slide by clicking “Layout” and choosing one of the options provided.
6. Begin personalizing your slide! Edit the text and, if desired, include pictures to support your content.
If you’d like to match your text to what Kyron Studio generates, we use the following fonts:
Montserrat - for headers and labels
Open Sans - for body text
7. If you would like to create another slide for the same course (with the same theme), click the “+” icon.
Upload your image
1. When you are ready, be sure to download your images as a png or jpg file.
2. Back in your Studio library, click the name of the asset you wish to edit.
3. Click the activity you wish to upload your image to.
4. Click the image icon above the appropriate video.
5. Select “Replace image.”
Note: If the video you wish to upload an image to is text-based, the image icon will be grayed out.
You will need to change the video’s layout, and select a layout that includes an image.
6. Select the appropriate image from your files.
7. The video preview will update to show your image.
8. Once you are done editing your asset, click “Export” in the upper right corner to share your asset.
